For commercial and administrative roles, however, we use private social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Through well-planned performance-based recruitment campaigns on these platforms, we generally achieve good to very good results.

And for occupational groups that are becoming increasingly scarce on the domestic labour market and are classified as shortage occupations, such as warehouse logistics specialists or track layers, we maintain partnerships with recruitment agencies in other European countries as well as outside Europe to meet domestic staffing requirements.
